Refunds & Return Policy : Overview

At Spares Bazaar, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are dedicatedly committed to provide our customer hassle free experience with top notch quality spares parts. Following below mentioned points are our refunds & return policy:

Spare Parts Return Process

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items (see below for details and exclusions):

  1. Fill out our Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request Form.
  2. Please allow our Customer Service Department 1 to 2 business days to review the form (please note that not all items are returnable, see details below).
  3. We will email you an RMA and shipping label to print once your request has been accepted.
  • Please pack your item carefully; the customer is responsible for any damage to the product when shipping it back to us.
  • Include the RMA form inside the package with the item you’re returning; we won’t accept things that aren’t accompanied by this form.
  • Put the mailing label on the outside of the package (remember to include your return address and tracking number); the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

4. Your credit will be granted within 5-10 business days, depending on stocking status, and restocking fees may apply if applicable.

Product Return Requirements

Items must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for a refund:

  • We will not return anything that is not accompanied by the RMA given when filling out a Request for RMA.
  • Keep it in its original packaging – returns must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Kits must still be in unopened package, and NOT be used.
  • Keep it clean – returns must be free of dirt and grease to be eligible for a refund.

Non Returnable Items

  • No returns on gaskets, gasket sets, seals, seal kits, or manuals – these items are final sale.
  • Sorry, no returns on electrical components or accessories, whether opened or unopened.
  • Used parts are not eligible for warranty consideration or coverage – please ensure you’re returning unused items only.

Restocking Fees

  • Attention all customers! Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Keep in mind that this fee won’t apply if your items arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
  • Please ensure you’re ordering the correct items to avoid any additional fees – we’re here to help if you need assistance.

 

Shipping Charges

  • We’ve got you covered! If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
  • For all other returns, you’ll be responsible for the shipping charges – both to and from your location.
  • Keep in mind that shipping costs will apply, even if you didn’t pay for shipping originally. Please ensure you’re returning the correct items to avoid any additional fees.

Gaskets, gasket sets, seals, seal kits, manuals of any type, electrical components, and accessories (opened or not), and any parts that have been used and are being submitted for warranty consideration and/or coverage are not returnable.

Yes, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the returned items, except for cases in which items are damaged upon arrival or the wrong item is delivered.
